Pick one song from Happy Nation to Da Capo that you think should have been a full single (with remixes and a music video)! Why do you think it should have been a single, and why do you think it didn't become one?

Tokyo Girl because it has excitement and momentum. I think Travel To Romantis took it's place.

I think Love In December should have gotten the full single treatement with music video and remixes. A music video could have been so beautiful. Scenes with Aces in different seasons. Like Linn in fall, Jenny in winter, Jonas in spring, and Ulf in summer. And in the end all of the seasons start mixing together as the ending choruses rev up into the climax of the song.
I don't have a clue why it didn't become an officially promoted single. It's one of the best songs the original 4 ever made, and all of them had a hand in the writing. I would have released it with L'amour as a b-side, around the winter holiday season.

From Flowers I would pick Dr Sun as a single, Cruel Summer I would pick Everytime it Rains yes I know it was relased as a promo single here in the states and a full single in Europe with no video. I think there could be a video for it without Linn being in it.

I think that My Deja Vu, Wave Wet Sand, Young And Proud and/or Edge Of Hevan would have been awesome as a single. But that's the only song I can really think of. Now I must say, I do think that out of the demos, Goldeneye, Look Around Me, Thinking Of You, and Lapponia should have been recorded and put onto albums though.

"The Sign": Young & Proud (beause it was the auge of euro dance)
The Bridge: "My Deja Vu" (because of the Flamenco-pop and a latin touch)
Cruel Summer: Travel To Romantis because has a rythm that was heard a lot here

Da Capo would have been amazing as a single... And yes Mikey, anything from The Sign/Happy Nations would have been great.

Flowers: I Pray, Don't Go Away, Dr.Sun. I also think that Mercy Mercy should be on Flowers and for sure it's great material for single.
